GERE Tree Care Inc (f. 2007) , formerly Green Tree Care LLC (f.1999), was founded by Sean Gere. GERE Tree Care Inc provides quality tree care while working with nature as opposed to trying to control it. For example, we use vegetable (as opposed to petroleum) based oils wherever possible & try to find creative uses for wood generated during pruning/removal. We have helped to turn wood into lumber, flooring, turned bowls and other works of art.

Gere Tree Care, Inc employs 3 ISA certified arborists and at least one is always at the job site. Also, to stay on top of current science/safety/ issues we are members of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA). We work year round in the greater Madison area.

Sean is also a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA), the Wisconsin Arborist Association (WAA) and a nationally recognized safety instructor. Sean traveled the World for 9 years training folks in arboriculture, has appeared in videos and helped write books/articles on the subject.

Sean is the only 6 time Wisconsin Arborist Association state climbing champion and the current ArborMaster North American Skills competition champion. He has 17 years of experience in the industry but still enjoys trees so he volunteers his and the company's time for many tree related projects.
